Wednesday, February 25th
update 5:00 PM

Darlington County School District will operate on a 2-hour delay tomorrow, Thursday, February 26. All staff and students will report to school two hours later than normal. For your convenience we have posted the two-hour schedule on our website at www.darlington.k12.sc.us. Because this delay is for staff and students, parents it is very important that you not drop your children off at school before the time listed on the schedule. We don’t want anyone waiting in the cold.

The morning session of 1/2 day 4k will be cancelled. The afternoon session of 1/2 day 4k will continue as scheduled. Full day 4K will operate on the 2 hour delay.

We will continue to monitor the weather closely. There is a chance the weather will shift. We may see an increase in inclement weather, which may impact the status of school openings. Please keep this in mind as you make your plans for tomorrow.
